1. Using Omriss
Omriss is an AI visualization app for home interiors, exteriors, gardens, and mood boards. These terms describe the conditions for using the app and this website. The service is provided by Muntean Holding AS, a Norwegian limited company (aksjeselskap).
You must be legally able to agree to the applicable terms. If you cannot do so independently, use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian, where permitted.
2. Your photos and content
You retain your rights in the photos and other material you provide. You give the service the permission necessary to process that material to perform the features you request, including through our service providers. If you use sync, you also allow us to store that material in your account so you can open it on your other devices.
Upload only material you own or have permission to use. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. You are responsible for your uploads and instructions.
3. Your account
You can use Omriss as a guest without an account. Creating an account or signing in, and syncing your projects, mood boards, and photos across devices, are part of Omriss Pro. You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google or, on iOS, Apple.
Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. If your Pro subscription ends, your account stays but syncing pauses.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. This permanently deletes the data in it, including your credits, and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription you bought through an app store. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
4. AI-generated designs
AI images are creative visualizations. Results may be inaccurate, differ from your instructions, or resemble results generated for others. We do not guarantee unique results, dimensional accuracy, or that every depicted item is available to purchase.
These visualizations are not architectural plans or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions about construction, structural work, electrical systems, plumbing, safety, or landscaping requirements.
You may save and share your designs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. These terms do not promise that AI output qualifies for copyright protection or is free from third-party claims.
5. Use the service responsibly
Do not use Omriss for illegal purposes, upload content that infringes others’ rights, bypass security or usage limits (including by creating multiple accounts or guest identities, or using bots or scripts, to get free designs or ad rewards you are not entitled to), interfere with the service, or attempt to extract private data or credentials. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
6. Subscriptions, credits, and ads
Omriss is free to start. Free designs are limited, and images you save or share on the free plan include a small Omriss mark. Optional paid features are offered as Omriss Pro, a monthly or yearly subscription, and as one-time top-ups of extra credits. Each design uses credits, and how many depends on the tool. Features, prices, credit amounts, and limits may change. The price, billing period, and renewal conditions are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment for Omriss Pro and top-ups is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before the renewal date. Credits included with Pro reset every 30 days. If your subscription ends, you keep your account but lose Pro features such as sync.
Top-ups are one-time purchases of extra credits. They do not expire and have no cash value. Credits you earn or buy belong to the guest identity or account that received them, so without an account they may be lost if you delete the app or change devices. When you sign in to an existing account on a new device, the earned and purchased credits from that device are added to the account.
On the free plan you can choose to watch rewarded ads to earn credits. A credit is granted after the ad is completed and verified, and is subject to ad availability and daily limits.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Mandatory consumer protections apply. This website does not sell a subscription or collect payments.
7. Reliability and changes
AI generation depends on network access and third-party services. Some requests may fail or take longer than expected. We may update features or interrupt service for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Responsibility and your rights
You are responsible for deciding how to use a visualization and for checking its suitability before acting on it. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for construction or purchasing decisions based solely on an AI image.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how photos, service information, and correspondence are processed. Read it before submitting personal or sensitive information.
